This cigar is the Esteban Carreras 10 Anos Maduro robusto. 10 (Dias) Anos refers to the 10 year old Nicaraguan wrapper which adorns this box pressed beauty. The initial flavors start off earthy. Dark coffee, with a sprinkling of black pepper on the finish. The taste is nicely balanced with a slight hint of caramel. Rich leather and an increase in spice dominates the last half of the cigar. This cigar smokes smooth the entire way through.

In 2006, Cunningham decided to add to the Esteban Carrera line with a new blend, made at the La Aurora factory. The “Limitada 1961 Reserve” is a medium-to-full in body with a sweet and spicy aroma. The blend is built around the aged Cameroon wrapper, which offers plenty of character to the flavor. There’s a sweet and creamy, caramelized core to the taste, with a medium finish. The 1961 is a well-made respite from louder cigars and helps one to appreciate the artisanal quality of the blender’s art.

This cigar has a 7 year old Ecuadorian Connecticut shade wrapper completed by an Ecuadorian sumatra binder and rounded off with a Dominican filler giving this cigar a light to medium bodied taste. Certainly one to relax by the poolside with!

This tasty cigar has a 5 year old Costa rican Maduro wrapper completed with a spicy Nicaraguan binder as well as a Nicaraguan filler, which makes for a medium to full spice bomb!
